A  meeting  was  held  following  the  A.G.M.  and acceptance of the accounts for the year ending 31[st] may 2021.

## **Review of Activities.** 

This year has proved to be difficult due to the illness of some of the committee and the general  distress  caused  by  Covid  19.  We have  been  unable  to  hold  several  events due to the lockdown rooms, we are grateful to  E.R.C.C.  for  the  advice  and  support  in what has proved our most difficult Year so far. 

Our  insurance  company  has  proved  very helpful with advice for the maintenance and upkeep of the hall. 

We have been fortunate to be able to use the enforced closures to apply and receive several  Grants,  from  ERCC  and  our  local Windfarms, this has accounted for a 



“windfall”. These will used these to restart our planned maintenance programme. 

When the restrictions allowed we have started a community book exchange which we have found was well received, and have used  our  outdoor  areas  for  use  by  the  “ Incredible Edibles.” Organisation. 

We look forward to a better year in 2022.
