**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE ASSOCIATION SHALL BE TO PROVIDE MAINTAIN EQUIP AND IMPROVE A BUILDING OR BUILDINGS AND LAND WITHIN THE DISTRICT OF WEST LINDSEY FOR USE AS AN OUTDOOR PURSUITS AND RECREATIONAL CENTRE AND TO PROVIDE SUCH FACILITIES FOR THE PURPOSE OF HELPING AND EDUCATING YOUNG PEOPLE THROUGH THEIR LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES SO TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES SO THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS IN SOCIETY AND THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.IN FURTHERANCE OF THIS, THE CHARITY MAY PROMOTE SOCIAL RECREATIONAL AND FUND RAISING ACTIVITIES IN SUPPORT OF THE FOREGOING, AND PROMOTE AND ORGANISE CO-OPERATION IN THE ACHIEVEMENT OF THE FOREGOING AND TO THAT END MAY SEEK SUPPORT AND ASSISTANCE FROM THE STATUTORY AUTHORITIES AND VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS IN THE MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT OF SUCH A CENTRE
