Para 1.17 | The objects of the Associaton are specifcally for the beneft of Valley School, Whitehaven Road, Bramhall, Stockport, SK7 1NL. Its purposes are to advance the educaton of the pupils of the school by providing and assistng in the provision of facilites for the school that are not normally provided by the Local Educaton Authority (L.E.A.). Additonally, the Associaton aims to foster more extended relatonships between the staf, parents, and others associated with the school, and to engage in actvites which support the school and advance the educaton of the children atending it. The Associaton strictly operates as a non-politcal body. |

All members are bound to ensure that any funds raised are utlised directly for the beneft of the school and its pupils. |

SORP reference Throughout the reporting period, the Association maintained its organizational structure to successfully support Valley School. The committee met at the school to safely plan, govern, and deploy resources. CHARITY COMMISSION FOR ENGLAND AND WALES Independent examiner's report on the accounts Section A Independent Examiner's Report Report to the trustees ryF 4L- On accounts for the year ended Charity no (if any) Set out on pages I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (Ihe Trust") for the year ended Responsibilities and basis As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the of report accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 ('Ihe Act"). I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act. Independent examinerfs trhe charty's gross income exceeded £250,000 and l am qualified to statement undertake the examination by being a qualified member of [insert name of applicable listed body]].
