Northumberland Theatre Company Limited on 13th September 1979. was Oslablished under a
Memorandum ofAssociation which established the objects and powers oflhe company and is governed
under ils Articles of Association. The company name was changed to NTC Touring Theatre Company
Ltd on 11 April 1994. The Board ofTrustees meet quart8dy to review the organisalion and discuss action
required forthe futuro. The Audit Committeè and Employment and Financ8 Committe& meet twice yearly
to ensure the smooth running of the organlsalion. The Building Committee meet as and when required.

productions and developed them further lo present a Robert Louis Stevenson double-bill featuring both
'The Strange Case of DrJekyll and Mr Hyde. al￿ 'The Body Snatcherf, perforrned on the same evening.
The piec6 was directed by NTC Associate Director All￿ Byme, Stage-managed by Artistic Diredor
Lewis Mallhews and featured origlnal music from local musidans and stsrfed thre8 North East
based performers.
This lour reached 22 community venues, with over 3,000 people bgn8fitting from high-quality, affordabl8
professional theatre in their IDcal area.
Ourfamily-friendly adaplatlon of Rumpelslillskin and Other Equally Grimm Tales. featured an all-fema19
cast and was adapted, directed and slage-managed by Artistic Director Lewis Matthews. The show was
p6rformed a118 ￿MMunity venues during the Christmas season. This allowed chlldrèn and families in
rural 8nd isolated areas lo enjoy th8 magic of theatre during the festive period, attracting around 2,500
attendees.
