Summary of the main

This year were proud to support Several
major prc4ects. all of which will have a
lasting and tangible b&nefit across the
schcol. Our ccM)tributs'ons towards the Gym

and wellbeing. Supwrt for the Sixth Form

highlight for many was our contribution
towards the school minibus- a project that
was fully six years in the maknng. Seeing
this finally come to fruition was enormously
salisfyir*J and a real teslarnent to long-lem
commitment. patience and consistent
fundraising by successive PTA teams.
One of the standout events of the year was
the annual golf day, held on what can only
be described as lh8 warmest day of the
year.
Our Summer Falr was once agaln one of
the highlights of the school year and a true
showcase of what the PTA can achieve.
With the weather once again perfectly
"booked." the event attracted strong
attendance ancl created a fantastic
atmosphere across the school grounds.
Inflatables We￿ in constant use. Lion
Learners kept the younger children
entertained. and the Cake stalls wer8 laden
with homemade treats. The now-famous
slip and slide rebjmed by popular demand
and proved. On￿ again, that no matter
your ago. getting soaked in the name of
fundraising is always a g￿d idea. Beyond
the fun. the Summer Fair remains one of
our rrwst imporlant fvndraising events.
generating significant suppxirt for Ihe
projects we fund throughout the year.
In October, we hosted our Quiz Night.
which proved to be another successful and
Ihoroughly enjoyable evening. The event
combined strong attendance with efficient
fundraising and remains a popular fixture in
tt)e calendar.
Seasonal events continued to play a vitsl
rcle in both Community engagement and
Jndraising. The Easter Chocolate Tombola
was once a
ain extremel
lar. while

the Halloween and Valentine discos filled
the schwl hall wlh music, laughter and the
unmislakable aroma of holdc#3s. While
these events may leave volunteers
smelling of onions and ketchup for days
afterwards. they consislenuy deliver strong
financial retums alongside memorable
experiences for pupils.
The year culminated in our much-
anticipated Christmas Fair. which brought
fesbve cheer lo the school community.
Desprte the disappointsnenl of the missing
donkeys. the event was extremely well
supported. Stalls were busy throughout the
day. and the atrmosphere was warm and
welcoming. The snow globe proved lo be a
standout attraction and a real crow
pleaser, drawing long queues and
becoming a talking point well beyond the
evenl itself. The Christmas Fair remains
comerstone of our annual fundraising and
key conlribulor to the PTA'S ability to
support larger Capital projects.
Thanks to the su¢xess of our events and
the continued generosity of families, staff
and supporters. the PTA has been able to
maintain a strong and sustainable financial
posib'on throughoul the year. Funds raised
during this period have directly supported
major capital improvements, enhanced
pupil facilities and o)nlributed lo resources
that b8nefii the entire school ¢omrnunily.
Importantly. we have done this while
ensuring careful stewardship of funds,
ba5ancing ambrtion wlh responsibility and
maintaining reseNes that allow us to plan
confidently ft)r future projects.
