There is access to grass sports<br>pitches, changing rooms with showers, a<br>large hall with separate meeting rooms and<br>a well-equipped kitchen, Marshfield Village<br>Hall can cater for most events including<br>parties, clubs, public and private meetings.<br>At any one time during the year there were<br>about 16 regular groups meeting at the hall<br>and using the playing fields. The<br>beneficiaries range in age from the very<br>young to the elderly.<br>The Hall Trustees hold an annual<br>Fireworks display, Christmas fayre and<br>vintage car show. All events are free of<br>charge for the benefit of the local<br>community.<br>The operation of a coffee shop during the<br>year has given some young volunteers an<br>opportunity for work experience and other<br>for social and community involvement.|

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity {"the Trust") for the year ended 31 March 2024.
As the charity'8 trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011
('th8 Act").

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
