**Objects:** TO STIMULATE PUBLIC INTEREST IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT.TO PROMOTE HIGH STANDARDS OF PLANNING AND ARCHITECTURE IN OR AFFECTING THE AREA OF BENEFIT.TO SECURE THE PRESERVATION PROTECTION DEVELOPMENT AND IMPROVEMENT OF FEATURES OF HISTORIC OR PUBLIC INTEREST IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT.

**Activities:** The Society's principal objectives are to stimulate public interest, to promote high standards of planning and architecture and to secure the preservation, protection, development and improvement of features of historic or public interest in the area of benefit, which is defined as an area comprising the watershed of the Conwy River, south of Afon Ganol.

**Area of benefit:** WATERSHED OF THE CONWY RIVER, SOUTH OF THE AFON GANOL.
