To maintain and improve the Village Hall as a viable facility for leisure and recreational activities for village inhabitants, people from surrounding areas and general public. **Summary of the objects** Ensuring that COVID – 19 Regulations are adhered to, with **of the charity set out in** addition of Risk Assessment **its governing document** 

Hall Hire to private users in relation of activities to the village inhabitants, surrounding area and general public:  Such as Yoga Well Being, Tia Chi, Art Classes, Craft Classes. 

Events have been dramatically reduced due to COVID – 19 Closure

**Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year** 

This has been a difficult year in respect of the usage of the Hall due to COVID-19 restrictions.  But it has given the Trustees the time to refurbish the hall to a standard that will hopefully increase the usage of the hall.  It has also provided an opportunity to get others new to the village involved in the running/maintaining the Village Hall.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 03/09/2020. 

**Responsibilities and** As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation **basis of report** of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). 

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act. 

**Independent** I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have **examiner's statement** come to my in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect: 

- accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Act or 

- the accounts do not accord with the accounting records
