**Objects:** TO PROMOTE AND ASSIST THE GENERAL GOOD OF ALL PEOPLE ESPECIALLY THE ELDERLY PEOPLE OF  MOORENDS AND DISTRICT BY ASSISTING THE WORK OF STATUTORY AUTHORITIES AND VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS ENGAGED IN PROVIDING FACILITIES FOR COMMUNITY WELL BEING, PHYSICAL AND MENTAL RECREATION, DEVELOPING PHYSICAL IMPROVEMENT FURTHERING HEALTH, RELIEVING POVERTY, DISTRESS OR SICKNESS OR IN PURSUING ANY OBJECTS WHICH ARE NOW OR HEREAFTER DEEMED BY LAW TO BE CHARITABLE.

**Activities:** The centre provides a wide range of activities and project accessible by members of the local community.  It is primarily aimed at the elderly and disabled, children and young people as well as the wider community.  This may involve access to day care provision, Education & Training,Healthy Living activities etc The centre works with local groups and organisations to help deliver community project
