**Objects:** THE SOCIETY IS ESTABLISHED FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT FOR THE FOLLOWINGPURPOSES IN THE AREA COMPRISING THE CIVIL PARISH OF MONTGOMERY, WHICHAREA SHALL HEREAFTER BE REFERRED TO AS  "THE AREA OF BENEFIT "1. TO PROMOTE HIGH STANDARDS OF PLANNING AND ARCHITECTURE IN ORAFFECTING THE AREA OF BENEFIT.2. TO ADVANCE EDUCATION IN THE GEOGRAPHY,HISTORY,NATURAL HISTORY ANDARCHITECTURE OF THE LOCAL AREA BY THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A MUSEUM.3.TO SECURE THE PRESERVATION,PROTECTION,DEVELOPMENT AND IMPROVEMENT OFFEATURES OF HISTORIC OR PUBLIC INTEREST IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT.

**Activities:** Run the Old bell Museum in Montgomery.  Hold quarterly talks/lectures on topics relating to the historical and current environment of the town and area.  Take an active concern about the architectural heritage of the town.
