**Activities:** Provision for hire of rooms and attached kitchen/stage facilities to residents of Shirley, Solihull also to groups, both charitable & non charitable, who serve the interests of these residents. Preferances are given to charitable groups over non-charitable groups & to cultural & recreational activities.
