I report to th¢ charity trustees on my examination of the fU￿ncial stat¢m¢nts of The Educational Foundation of
Mr George Ellis for the year ended 31 March 2024 which are set oul on pages 6 to 8.
Responsibilities llnd basis of report
The charity's trustees are responsiblc for the preparation of the financial statements in accordance with the
requirements of the Charities Act 2011 ('kne 2011 Acf.). The charity's trustees consider thai an audit is not
required for this year under section 144{2) of the 2011 Act and that an independent examination is nccded.
I report in resp¢¢t of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in
carrying out my examination I have followed all applicable Directions giv¢n by the Charity Commission und¢r
section 145(5)(b) of the 2011 Act.

with Accounting and Reporting by Charities preparing their accounts in accordan¢¢ with the Financial Reporting
Stahdard applicable in the UK and R¢public of Ireland (FRS 102) in preference to the Accounting and Reporting
by Charities: Statem¢nt of Recommended Practice issued on l April 2005 which is referred to in the extant
