## **ANNUAL REPORT 2020/2021** 

The Centre has managed to survive through these very challenging times. Grants from the District Council and furlough support from central government for salaries has meant that we have managed to retain our staff and begin to re establish our services 

The Centre continues to provide a variety of activities both educational and vocational as well as leisure and continually works to respond to the needs of the community. 

Continual reviews take place to ensure that the charity is meeting the changing needs of its communities. 

There are dedicated youth facilities, a crèche and workshops which can be utilised by the community for skills building purposes, and the Centre has over the past few months been the hub for providing nutritious food and activities for those young people in need. 

A multi use games area is provided at the rear of the centre which is very well used by the young people. This is floodlit allowing much more use during the winter months. 

The Parish Council work closely with the Community Association developing and maintaining a sustainable business plan for the future to ensure that the centre continues to flourish and provide essential facilities in this area, directing its benefits and resources to those areas of greatest need. 

The Centre continues to move forward and is still flourishing and delivering its objectives. Experience over these challenging times has emphasised how important this facility is to the community
