**Objects:** TO FOSTER AND PROMOTE THE EDUCATION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN THE APPRECIATION OF JAZZ IN ALL ITS ASPECTS, AND TO CO-OPERATE WITH LOCAL AUTHORITIES, EDUCATIONAL INSTITITIONS AND CULTURAL SOCIETIES RELATING TO THE PRACTICE,PRESENTATION AND STUDY OF JAZZ, IN ORDER, INTER-ALIA, TO PROMOTE BETTER AND MORE WIDE-SPREAD PERFORMANCES OF INSTRUMENTAL AND VOCAL WORK.

**Activities:** The charity promotes widespread perfomances of the art form of jazz and organizes educational events which aim to increase public appreciation of the art form and to enable musicians to develop their full potential. In addition, it provides an advice service for bodies wishing to present jazz events and for the general public.
