INCOME MAY BE APPLIED IN MAKING GRANTS TO THE MANAGERS OR GOVERNORS OF ANY SCHOOL SERVING THE BENEFICIAL AREA WHICH IS AN AIDED SCHOOL AND WHEREIN RELIGIOUS INSTRUCTION IS GIVEN IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CHRISTIAN FAITH TOWARDS THE COST OF ALTERATIONS OF OR REPAIRS TO THE PREMISES OF SUCH SCHOOL SO THAT THEY MAY CONFORM TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE SAID ACTS. 3.
