## - Trustees /Commitee Report Annual Return 2024

The Association has had a very Challenging year with a regular user organisation leaving the building owing substantial amount which we are still trying to recover.

The new Kitchen has been Completed and this should increase the income to the centre with the launch of the Community Cafe who aim is to support indivduals and families struggling to provide food whilst still making a profit for the centre.

The kitchen / Community Cafe has been awarded a five star food hygiene rating and serves food four times per week. Also provides one off event catering e.g. christmas meals to groups.

We have accessed Grants money for the kitchen through SpaceHive, also money to provide subsidised meals and drinks from Ann Duchess of Westminster and Entep this also included additions equipment to enable us to increase our service.

Grants were also received from warm spaces and The Bread and butter thing .

We have done fundraising activites which as always were well supported by the community and some generous donations in both money and items.

We have been able to upgrade the office space which is also used as the foodbank room and where people can have private meetings.

We will be looking at changing our governing document as it is difficult to recruit Trustees with the association model as people are worried regarding liabilities
