THE FOSTERING OF PUBLIC EDUCATION AND INTEREST IN MATTERS CONNECTED WITH THE PRESERVATION OF THE ENVIRONMENT IN PARTICULAR THE PRESERVATION OF THE FAUNA AND FLORA OF HOGHTON.
