**Objects:** TO PROMOTE AND TO ADVANCE PUBLIC EDUCATION IN THE SCIENCE OF ASTRONOMY IN THE AREA OF WEST YORKSHIRE.

**Activities:** WYAS runs an astronomical observatory that provides pubilc outreach programs for the general public on a voluntary basis. This includes all age groups and people with disabilities. Group visits are encouraged and visits to schools and other organisations can be arranged.
