**Objects:** TO ASSIST PERSONS WITH LEARNING DIFFICULTIES OF ALL AGES, ATTENDING THE ERIMUS CENTRE BY PROVIDING OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE INDIVIDUAL TO ACHIEVE MAXIMUM POTENTIAL AND INDEPENDENCE, E.G., BY PROVIDING EQUIPMENT, HOLIDAYS AND APPROPRIATE ACTIVITIES NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE STATUTORY AUTHORITIES, DEVELOPING PHYSICAL IMPROVEMENT AND FURTHERING HEALTH.

**Activities:** We assist people with learning disabilities who access the Middlesbrough Community Inclusion Service (MCIS). We help to provide opportunities for the individual using a person centred approach to maximise their independence. The Association does this by fundraising to provide equipment, vehicles and other resources and activities that are not normally provided by the statutory authorities.
