**Objects:** A RECREATION GROUND FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PEOPLE RESIDING WITHIN TWO MILES OF GRINDLEFORD BRIDGE IN THE COUNTY OF DERBY WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF SUCH PEOPLE. SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES OR FOR SUCH EXISTING CHARITY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PEOPLE OF THE SAID LOCALITY OR ANY PART THEREOF AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT OR OTHERWISE.

**Activities:** Providing a playing field for both organised & recreational sport.  A hall for meetings & other activities (ie Playgroup,WI,Bridge etc).  All maintained by volunteers clipping, mowing & cleaning.
