March 2023
Annual Report 2023
I would like to Thank Everyone for all their continued support, Staff and Volunteers. Once again we have had another successful year and would like to take this time to Thank once again all of the Staff and Volunteers for all their hard work, of which the Centre heavily relies upon.
This past year has continued to see the Centre very busy and well used by local and people from outside the area, as discussed last year we put our Room Hire Prices up to cover the increasing costs to wages and utilities the the Centre has incurred. We brought back the Panto after a few years of absence and this was well attended and loved by all, this years Panto is already booked in, we will be looking at restarting the Lunch Club again on a monthly basis, The Warm Hub on a Tuesday morning is well attended and local help groups come along to chat with visitors. We are looking at starting to redecorate and touch up the Centre as certain areas are starting to look tired.
We continue to work with Bowburn Youth Club, and the local Councilors in ensuring our continued ties and strong links within the local community.
As always we welcome any ideas on improving the Centre and I look forward to your continued support this next year.
