Ob"ectives and activities
To promote the benefit of the inhabitants of the WoodfieldlDene Park
Estate Harrogate, and the neighbourhood (hereinafter called the area of
benefit) without distinction of sex or of political, religious or other opinions
by assisting the local authorities, voluntary organisations and inhabitants
in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities in the
interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation with
the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.

The main activities of the centre are events for the elderly. keep-fit
classes. coach outings, bingo events, whist drives and coffee mornings.

objectives and in planning our future activities.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity ("the Trust") for the year ended 2810212025.
Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation
basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act
2011 ("the Act.).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination. I
have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Cornmission
under section 145(5Xb) of the Act.
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have
come to my attention (other than that disclosed below ') in connection with
the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material
respect:
accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of
the Act or
the accounts do not accord with the accounting records
