Sea Cadet Unit serving City of Derby. Providing marine training for 10 - 18 year olds.The Sea Cadets offers young people amazing opportunities for personal development by learning new skills and working in teams. We offer an environment where young people find new confidence and inspiration.Our biggest supporter is the Royal Navy. Our aim is to inspire young people through nautical adventure.

Objects: The charitable purpose of the Unit (the Purpose) is to promote the development of young people in achieving their physical, intellectual and social potential as individuals and as responsible citizens by the provision of education and leisure time activities using a nautical theme and in accordance with the principles, ethos and practices of the Marine Society & Sea Cadets (MSSC).
