**Objects:** The object of the organisation is to assist people in Congleton and District who cannot access printed material because of blindness, partial sight, or who have a temporary or permanent incapacity or disability.  This is achieved by the free provision of local news and information in an audio format.

**Activities:** Provision of a weekly USB stick recording of local news read from the local newspaper. Player can be provided on loan. Both services are free of charge.  Circulation is to sight impaired persons and other print disabled persons. Circulation obviously varies but is in the range 40-60.
