## **Financial Review** 

||Review of the charity’s<br>fnancial position at the<br>end of the period|Para 1.21|**We are now in a much stronger**<br>**and more stable fnancial position**<br>**from when the current Unit**<br>**Management Team took ofce.**<br>**We secured an income of £51,961**<br>**which is largely as a result of**<br>**£36,387 awarded in various**<br>**Grants, from both government**<br>**and specifc community bodies.**<br>**Income elsewhere has reduced**<br>**due to lack of sea cadet activity**<br>**and fundraising events.**<br>**Largest expenses were in**<br>**equipment such as a new Sea bin,**<br>**which was grant funded, and**<br>**Information Technology**<br>**improvements to the unit to**<br>**support more interactive**<br>**learning.**||
