**Objects:** FOR THE PURPOSE OF A VILLAGE HALL AND COMMUNITY CENTRE FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF MILE OAK STAFFORDSHIRE AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX OR RACE OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS AND IN PARTICULAR FOR USE FOR MEETINGS LECTURES AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** Provision of facility for communal activities for the public of mainly the districts of Mile Oak and Fazeley, but subject to the proviso that the Management Committee be composed of five elected representatives over the age of 18 who reside within the Fazeley ward of Lichfield District and a co-opted member from each of the local organisations who use the hall on a regular basis.
