IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE OF SUCH MEMBERS TO PROVIDE AND PROMOTE THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATIONS, BEING FACILITIES WHICH WILL IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE AND WILL ASSIST IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THEIR SPIRITUAL AND MENTAL CAPACITIES, SELF-RELIANCE AND INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITY SO THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY.

**Activities:** Staindrop Young Farmers Club is run by young people for young people aged from 10-26 years. Members of the club are able to take part in a wide range of activites such as quizs, stockjudging, bowling and go-karting and much more. Each year the club holds a social event where the profit made is split between ourselves and a chosen charity which is picked by our members.
