**1. Subscriptions were received from 72 members** 

**2. 52 members have valid gift aid forms** 

**3. 5 Friends subscriptions have been received** 

**4. Gift aid has not yet been received due to problems with accessing the online scheme with HMRC. This will not affect eligibility for gift aid, but has caused some delay in claiming it.** 

**5. Programme sales are less than the previous year, as no charge was made for programmes for the final ‘Come and Sing’ concert in the current year, but they were sold to participants and audience at the 2024 ‘Come and Sing’ concert.** 

**6. Fundraising is made up as follows: Bring and buy  £167 Easyfundraising  £107 Raffle  £1,632**

**On accounts for the year** 14 JULY 2025 **Charity no** 506787 **ended (if any) Set out on pages** (remember  to include the page numbers of additional sheets) I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended **DD / MM / YYYY** . **Responsibilities and** As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the **basis of report** accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). 

I report in respect of my examination of  the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
