(3) THE PROPERTY AND FUNDS HELD AT THE DATE OF THIS SCHEME FOR BENEVOLENT PURPOSES SHALL BE RESTRICTED TO APPLICATION FOR THE PURPOSE STATED IN CLAUSE 4(1)(B) ABOVE.
