IN EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES PERSONS RESIDENT OUTSIDE NORTHUMBERLAND WHO ARE OVER SIXTY.

**Activities:** Provision of housing for persons in need in the following order of priority. 1) Residents in the Parish of Haydon over 60 years. 2) Persons resident in Haydon Parish. 3) Persons resident in Northumberland over 60 years. 4) Exceptionally, Persons resident outside of Northumberland over 60 years.
