New groups – Chair exercise, Child Autism Book Group, Singing group and craft group, all popular New waste policy – groups thanked for their co-operation Welsh Blood and Vaccine groups may be coming to an end Administrator thanked for his work in setting up a new Facebook page and booking system ## **5 Approval of Accounts (attached)** Statement of Accounts unanimously approved by those present ## **6 Secretary’s report** Since last AGM Exec committee has met twice and management committee twice New Administrator New Facebook page set up Garden refurb successfully completed. Grants from Co-op and North Hoyle Windfarm. Jubilee Centre paid for shortfall. Friends of Jubilee Centre and Jubilee centre shared purchase of garden chairs, tubs and flowers New boiler and thermostats fitted in kitchen after several months of repeated breakdowns New blinds fitted Still awaiting Council decision on relining car park Redecoration of walls on hold Access from car park to rear garden to be undertaken when money available Skip hired to get rid of old tables, blinds, fluorescent fittings and unwanted chairs. Still some chairs to be removed. Space made in exterior store will be used to store garden chairs Outside key box fitted.
