Camps and week-end activities covering a wide variety of subjects and skills, both inside and outside, which benefit their physical, mental and emotional development. Group and team activities as well as individual activities. Leaders have attended training courses as have the young leaders (under 18’s) to develop their leadership skills. All leaders have to do statutory training including GDPR, Safeguarding, first Aid and Safety. **Summary of the main activities undertaken for the** Lots of fun and enjoyment for children and adults alike. **public benefit in relation to these objects (include within this section the statutory declaration that trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit)** ## **Additional details of objectives and activities (Optional information)** We have a team of approx 15 volunteers who work for free on a weely basis support our members. March **2012** **TAR** 3 Section D Achievements and performance **Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year** Raising sufficient funds to pay for the upkeep and improvement of our group headquarters and the provision of equipment for the undertaking of a wide variety of activities to improve skills for life. Providing the members with a wide variety of experiences which allowed them to develop and improve their skills, work together with others and appreciate the world around them. We ran many camps, day trips, visits to places of special interest and visits from people with specialist skills and knowledge to inform and entertain them.
