All Assessors have up to date copies of the Centre Policies and CVs are requested from all new Assessors to be held on the Centre’s files. It is noted that CPD must be held for each Assessor working for the Centre. Proof of the insurance held by each Assessor is now also required. The rolling program of Assessment observations and paperwork sampling continues. The Centre Lantra and NPTC Audits are due in the coming months.
Standardisation is important in working with NPTC and it is vital that all Assessors work within the standards accepted by Derbyshire Landskills. I will give a short update on the requirements for working with Derbyshire Landskills and a copy of this has been circulated with the agenda. Comments will be very welcome, and the presentation will then be circulated to all assessors working with Derbyshire Landskills and confirmation of receipt of this will be required which then form part of the IQA.
