AGM
Treasurers Reportfor 2023- 2024
GOOD EVENING EVERYONE.
The end of July 2024the balances in ouraccounts were as follows.
CURRENT ACCOUNT £7374.76
BUILDING SOCIEfY £14,767.56
On your sheet we have made a profit of £3268. 74 the first profit for a good few years. We were left £5000 from
Constsnce Rollett [a past Chairman] and £2000
from a Trust fund. Even with those we would have made a profit during the year on our concerts. Also thank you to
Laura who brought us some excellent soloists
during the year and not as expensive as we had previously paid.
We acquired quite a few new members in September 2023 and also duringthis year. Which has helped to fund the
accounts, and I have been able to repay back
The £5000 we borrowed for the year 22123. Our auditorwas very pleased atthe way we were going.
If anyone would like a job off the committee, it would be ni￿ to have some fund raising/ social events during 24125
again. Or even some ideas of whatwe could have.
Thank you all for making rny Ilfe a lot easier this last year.
Rosemary
