IN ASSISTING THE MANAGERS OF LOWTON ST LUKE'S CHURCH OF ENGLAND SCHOOL AT LOWTON TO DEFRAY THE COST OF MAINTAINING THE BUILDINGS OF THE SCHOOL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THEIR OBLIGATIONS UNDER THE EDUCATION ACTS 1944 TO 1973. 2. IN PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION AT THE SCHOOL OF SUCH SPECIAL BENEFITS OF A KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY.
