**Objects:** THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITIY IN ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS:- I IN ASSISTING THE MANAGERS OF THE SCHOOL TO MEET THE COST OF THEIR OBLIGATIONS UNDER THE EDUCATION ACTS, 1944 TO 1976; II IN PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN PROVIDING AT THE SCHOOL SUCH SPECIAL BENEFITS OF ANY KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY. III IN OTHERWISE PROMOTING THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN ATTENDING THE SCHOOL IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT.

The income is used by the school governors, along with other funds raised/donated to discharge the financial obligations of the governors - mainly annual insurance premiums and some building repair costs.
