**Objects:** (1) TO RELIEVE, IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, MEMBERS OF THE NORTH WALES POLICE FORCE AND FORMER MEMBERS OF THIS AND PREVIOUS FORCES AMALGAMATED WITHIN THE CONSTITUENT FORCES, AND THEIR FAMILIES AND DEPENDANTS. (2) TO FURTHER THE OBJECTS OF THE ST. GEORGE'S FUND, POLICE CONVALESCENT HOMES AND OTHER RECOGNISED POLICE CHARITIES.

**Activities:** To offer relief in conditions of need and to support the welfare and well-being of Police Officers and Police Staff of the North Wales Police and their families to include former such members of this and previous Forces amalgamated to form the North  Wales Police.  To further the objectives of the St Georges Fund, the St Andrews Fund and other recognised Police Charities
