**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE ASSOCIATION IS TO BENEFIT THE INHABITANTS OF THE COUNTY OF MERSEYSIDE WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS IN ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS:- 1. IN RELIEVING THE POVERTY OF SUCH INHABITANTS. 2.IN ADVANCING THE EDUCATION OF SUCH INHABITANTS AND 3. IN PROVIDING FACILITIES FOR THE RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION OF THE SAID INHABITANTS WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITION OF LIFE.

**Activities:** Our work in local communities, on Merseyside, is directed towards those suffering poverty and social exclusion. Priority is given to adult educational work, community development and health-related initiatives.
