**The Church Constitution states that its primary objective is to proclaim the Christian message to the residents of Whitby and the surrounding area and to provide a place of worship for those who wish to join with them.**

**Worship services are held each Sunday (Morning & Evening) for the Church Members and the local public.** 

**A weekly Bible Study and Prayer Meeting is held at the church to which all are invited.** 

**Meetings for various groups are held at the church during the week to support the local community including: Mums and Tots Groups, Ladies Meetings, youth groups**

**Apart from the Pastor, all church work is carried out by volunteers from within our own congregation.** 

**A trainee minister is working in the church and studying via a correspondence course with a view to becoming a Church Minister in the future. He is being mentored and given practical experience by the Pastor of the church.**

Section D                      Achievements and performance 

**Summary of the main Due to Covid restrictions the Church was unable to do many of the achievements of the charity normal activities until July  but continued to hold meetings via during the year zoom and livestream the services which were available for the general public. Baptismal service on 28th April when two people were baptised. During the end of July and August we had open air services on the West Cliff.**
