Disclosure
Only complete if the examiner needs to highlight material matters of concern
(see CC32, Independent examination of charity accounts: directions and
guidance for examiners).
Give here brief details of
any items that the
examiner wishes to
disclose.
The Charity has been unable to provide statements verifying the COIF Account
Balance (£45,000 as per the Accounts). The Committee has been unable to
access the statements owing to the death of the current signatories - this
matter is being resolved, but is taking some time.
In the interim I have examined the Bank Statements verifying the quarterly
interest payments made to the Charity from COIF, and have found them to
match the historic interest rate paid by COIF in relation to a balan￿ of £45,000
