**Objects:** THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE FORMER PARISH OF MICKLEOVER WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** The charity provides and maintains the village hall for the benefit of the inhabitants of the Parish of Mickleover. This is achieved through the hire of rooms to many varied groups e.g. children's activity group, exercise classes, community groups etc. Additional income is generated by renting out an otherwise unused area at the rear of the premises for a mobile phone base station and mast.
