Chairman’s Report
During 2021/22 the Trust has undergone some organisational changes following the retirement of David Shillitoe as Secretary. Christina Proffitt was appointed as a Trustee and we are actively exploring the appointment of a 3[rd] Trustee to provide better governance and accountability.
We have moved to online voting via electronic forms to speed up the resolution agreement process, and we intend to move to an online banking system to improve payment handling and financial reporting.
We continue to support evangelistic ministries throughout the UK with grants this year to Trinity Church Sunderland. We plan to expand the range of donations made in the future.
Two large donations from the Estate of N W Murray were received in September 2022. The Trustees will consider how this will be disbursed.
Risks are regularly assessed and checks made to ensure that charitable activities are supported in accordance with the purposes of the Trust.
Mark Underhill Chairman
