Ysgol Feithrin Tregaron Tregaron Primary School Tregaron Ceredigion SY25 6HG Charity Number 504658 21st January 2026 Ysgol Feithrin Tregaron is a not-for-profit charitythat offerswelsh-medium nursery provision for children aged 2 to 4 from the local area. We recognise that these early years are vital for developing social skills and helping children become comfortable spending time with others of a similar age. which supports a smoother transition into primary school. In addition to providing healthy snacks at each session. we are now also able to offer hot meals supplied by the schooL canteen as an optional paid service. This helps familiarise children with the types of meaLs they will receive when they move on to primary school and further supports their transition. The setting is staffed by four full-time employees. and staffing levels are expected to remain the same inthe comingyear. in linewith stablepupilnumbers. During the year, we raise funds through a range of activities and activeLy encourage support and involvement from the wider community. It remains extremely important that this seriice continues. ensuring that children in our rural community have access to the same early years opportunities as those in larger towns and cities. Our intention is to maintain this provision for the benefit of local families, and we are committed to the continued operation of the charity for the foreseeable future.
