**Objects:** TO SUPPORT PATIENTS AND FORMER PATIENTS OF THE KNIGHTON HOSPITAL AND OTHERS IN THE COMMUNITY WHO ARE ILL OR CONVALESCING AND PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES (MENTAL, PHYSICAL OR EMOTIONAL) OR IN THE NEED OF ASSISTANCE BY: -RAISING FUNDS AND RECEIVING DONATIONS FROM ANY PERSON OR ORGANISATION -SUPPLEMENTING THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY KNIGHTON HOSPITAL FOR THE HEALTH, WELFARE AND COMFORT OF THE PATIENTS THEREIN AND OTHER SICK (MENTALLY, PHYSICALLY OR EMOTIONALLY) PEOPLE IN THE COMMUNITY BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES, BUILDINGS AND EQUIPMENT -TO DO ALL SUCH THINGS AS ARE NECESSARY FOR THE ATTAINMENT OF THE ABOVE OBJECTS.
