**Objects:** 1) ASSISTING MANAGERS OF THE VOLUNTARY SCHOOL IN THE PARISH OF NEWTON-WITH-CLIFTON TO DEFRAY COSTS OF MEETING OBLIGATIONS UNDER THE EDUCATION ACTS 1944 TO 1976. 2) PROVIDING SPECIAL BENEFITS AT THE SCHOOL NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY  3) PROMOTING THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN ATTENDING THE SCHOOL IN SUCH WAYS AS THE GOVERNORS THINK FIT.
