**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO ACQUIRE, PRESERVE AND EXHIBIT IN SAILING CONDITION ONE OR MORE EXAMPLES OF THE VESSELS KNOWN AS THE HUMBER KEEL AND THE HUMBER SLOOP, AND TO ACQUIRE, PRESERVE AND EXHIBIT A COLLECTION OF SAILING GEAR AND OTHER APPURTENANCES AND MATERIAL ASSOCIATED WITH THEM WITH A VIEW TO EDUCATING THE PUBLIC IN THE HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF THESE VESSELS IN THE NATION'S MARITIME AND INDUSTRIAL HERITAGE.

**Activities:** Maintaining and sailing two preserved sailing vessels a Humber Keel (Comrade) and a Humber Sloop (Amy Howson) We also supply information to schools on the working history and attend maritime festivals to promote the awareness of these vessels.
