**Objects:** FOR THE PURPOSES OF A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THORPE WILLOUGHBY AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPIONIONS AD IN PARTICULAR FOR USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES, CLASSES AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** Provide a pleasant secure and cheap location for village community groups to meet and conduct their activities. Groups using the hall include beavers, cubs, scouts, guides, rainbows, brownies, senior citizens, whist, luncheon club, mothers and toddlers, exercise class, badminton, craft group, kick boxing, and phisiotherapy.
