The principal activity of the Hospice is to provide specialist palliative medical and nursing care to patients with life limiting illnesses.
Objects: The Objects Of The Charity Are To Promote The Relief Of Sickness In Such Ways As The Charity Shall From Time To Time Think Fit Including But Not Limited To: 1. The Provision Of Residential And Day Care And Care In The Community For Persons Suffering From A Life Threatening Or Chronic Illness; 2. The Provision Of Care And Support To Patient's Families, Friends, Carers And Others In Need; 3. The Advancement Of Education And Training For Professionals And Volunteers Engaged In Palliative And End Of Life Care; 4. The Promotion Of Awareness Of The Virtues, Principles And Practice Of Hospices And Palliative And End Of Life Care And Support; 5. The Provision Of Spiritual Help To Patients, Their Families, Carers And Staff.
