ALSO PROMOTING THE HIGHEST TECHNICAL AND ARTISTIC STANDARDS BY PROVIDING ALL VOLUNTEERS WITH OPPORTUNITIES TO DEVELOP MEDIA AND INTERACTION SKILLS.
