We are well known and well respected in the local community. We have excellent knowledge of the local area and understand the needs of the local community. We always put young people and the local community at the heart of our charity. Our trustees and volunteers are very approachable, highly skilled, motivated and committed to supporting young people and members of the local community to make a difference. Main Activities: Community events such as Puffin Billy, Santas Grotto, Halloween, Glow Stick Parties Parent and toddler group Listening ear service Drop in access to support with social isolation of residents Providing facility for children’s birthday parties Provision of Nursery and Play Group Digital Access for community Providing rooms to hire for community benefit. Providing a facility for events including Dance, Karate, Budgie and Dog shows

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended DD / MM / YYYY 31 03 2023 .

Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.

Independent I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have examiner's statement come to my attention .

I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
